The Department of Economcs and Management is firmly committed to provide international training and education. Students can therefore take advantage of various opportunities for learning in an international context, such as:
- Degree Programmes entirely delivered in English (Masters’-equivalent SMEs or Green Economy and Sustainability);
- Modules held in English (3-year Economics Degree);
- Joint Study Programmes (Double Degree) with foreign Universities (European or non-European ones)
- Ferrara School of Economics and Management diploma of excellence for the best students with international curricula;
- Several projects for studying, training, or dissertation research abroad (Erasmus+, Atlante, etc.).
- Erasmus+ Mobility for Study

The Erasmus+ Mobility allows students to spend a period of time, from three to twelve months, in another european Country. Being an Erasmus+ student, you will be able to:
- attend courses, take exams and have them recognized;
- do research aimed at the final thesis.

Apart from the Erasmus+, the University of Ferrara offers many other chances to study abroad. One of the most important ones are:
- the Atlante programme (Mobility for study reasons and research in non-European Countries);
- the Erasmus+ Traineeship (for traineeships or internships in private enterprises or in public admnistrations).

Students may apply for Doble/Joint Degree Programmes.
A Double/Joint Degree Programme is a particular programme jointly held by the University of Ferrara and another foreign University. At the end of the career, students will take a Double Degree (an Italian one and a foreign one). For this reason, students are required to spend at least one year at the partner University.
The University of Ferrara will grant financial support.

The Ferrara School of Economics and Management is an international Study Programme that combines academic merit with credits awarded for several of the following activities:
- Foreign language courses;
- Work or study placements abroad;
- Dissertations written in a foreign language, or in Italian with a substantial abstract written in a foreign language;
- Attending a joint study programme with dual qualifications (one overseas).
